About the Event
Daniel has been a personal trainer and tai chi instructor for many years. He has a deep passion for working with kids and adults to help them enhance their own ability to find inner strength and power. We are so grateful to have him work with us from home.
Please find a space in your home where you are able to comfortably move. We will also spend some time talking with our peers at the beginning. See you Saturday!
